The J2EE Application Developer will:- Participate in and may direct the analysis of efficient, cost effective application solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements.- Perform and may direct software coding, testing, debugging, documentation and installation tasks for on-line and batch processes in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards. - Analyze business processes in order to define application functional requirements and technical specifications.- Guide, formulate, and contribute to, and direct task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities.- Participate in and may direct problem definition and problem resolution activities.- Coordinate with internal departments to provide associated deliverables required for successful completion of development and maintenance assignments (e.g., database development, job scheduling, network support, help desk orientation, client implementation readiness, etc.).- Be responsible for knowledge transfer to staff.- Perform application analysis and design, new solution and maintenance programming. The position responsibilities to include supporting technology tool assessments and associated tasks for production application systems, integrated software and hardware application configurations. - Participate in software/hardware releases and installation tasks in non-production and production environments; perform as an expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of primary system and subsystem development, and in both the implementation and post-implementation processes. - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years programming and analysis experience in a J2EE environment- J2EE development experience- Working knowledge of Oracle- Oracle Fusion/BPEL- AngularJS- Best practice experience with single-sign implementations- Agile Scrum team experience - Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer- Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
- Healthcare industry experience, specifically Medicare/Medicaid pharmacy claims adjudication- Experience with Amazon Web Services development- SQL and PL/SQL scripting- Web development- Weblogic- OpenIG
