LRS Retirement Solutions welcomes a new customer in the City of Houston.

The Houston Municipal Employees Pension System (HMEPS) conducted a competitive bid process, and the Board of Trustees approved the selection of LRS® Retirement Solutions for the implementation of their line of business pension administration software, PensionGold. The project scope also includes two popular PensionGold® extensions: MemberDirect (member portal), and EDMDirect that will interface with HMEPS’ current document imaging solution. The project will also include workflow integration with PensionGold.

HMEPS is the largest local government pension system in Texas with just over 30,000 active plan members and benefit payees.

HMEPS joins the Houston Firefighters’ Relief & Retirement Fund and many other local government pension plans in Texas that have been LRS Retirement Solutions customers for nearly 30 years. We are happy to welcome HMEPS to our family of public pension fund customers.
