LRS® Retirement Solutions and The Firemen’s Retirement System of St. Louis recently signed contracts to upgrade to PensionGold® Version 4, marking a new chapter in their long-standing relationship. Established in 1944, The Firemen’s Retirement System has been a beacon of security for 2,000 active and retired participants and their beneficiaries. Their journey with LRS Retirement Solutions began in February 1998, when they first implemented PensionGold Version 1. This collaboration has spanned over two and a half decades, reflecting a mutual commitment to progress and innovation.

In October 2009, they upgraded to PensionGold Version 3. Now, 26 years since becoming an LRS customer, they are transitioning to the latest version, PensionGold Version 4. This upgrade project is expected to take six to nine months. This move demonstrates The Firemen’s Retirement System of St. Louis’ commitment to enhancing the welfare of the St. Louis City firefighters and their families, reinforcing their dedication to progress and innovation.
