LRS Third Party Processors

Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) uses third-party sub-processors to provide infrastructure services and to help us provide customer support. Prior to engaging any third-party sub-processor, LRS performs due diligence evaluations to ensure their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices and executes a data processing agreement (DPA) to ensure compliance with applicable legislation such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom’s GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act/California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the US Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) among others.
