A Message from Our Chairman

When Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc, (LRS), recently celebrated our 40th anniversary, I was happy to see so many of the people who made it happen attend the party.

We have been incredibly fortunate to attract the quality people who make up this company. We have also been fortunate in retaining them; a large number of employees have been with us for more than 20 years, and we have a 91 percent retention rate.

Since our incorporation in 1979, our mission has been to deliver outstanding information technology solutions, products, and services to our customers while making a profit. We have done so by:

  • Conducting business and operations in a professional, ethical, and legal manner.
  • Providing our employees a workplace that values respect for others.
  • Working hard with honesty, initiative, and achievement.

We remain focused on this same mission more than 40 years later.

We know we can never predict the future of LRS simply by looking at our past successes. Instead, we determine our future by applying the knowledge and abilities that we have gained from past experiences. The people at LRS give us the competitive edge in our industry, and we thank each and every one of them for the commitment and passion they bring to LRS every day.

Our people are the key ingredients to our success. Each employee, through hard work and unique contributions, has helped LRS prosper.
